About PACT

Founded in 2015 is a privately owned real estate development company specialized in developing smart prime mixed used projects in Egypt.
The company has its head office in Cairo, while developing local sales offices in the main Egypt governorates such as Alexandria, the North Coast and the Red Sea. Through its integrated services in the real estate value development chain and through its 110 employees Pact thrives to provide differentiated real estate projects targeting both local and international buyers.

Our VISION

Pact was set with a vision of combining best in market capabilities to provide international standard of offerings to serve both local and foregin clientele. The focus was on developing untapped rural areas and to provide quality smart products and services. Focusing on the local market. Pact now owns two major projects in the North Coast and Sahl Hasheesh with total land of 800,000 m2.
Plans for new projects targeting to cover a diverse product mix are underway. Long-term plans to enter some international markets such as Greece are also set.
