Description
MIS manufactures all kinds of tippers from international companies using hydraulic components and cylinders. Capacity: They are determined according to the customer's request in proportion to the truckloads and the density of the material transported Sub-frame: Two built-up sections, each is box shape steel and supported with internal cross members, with necessary reinforcements. Boxes: 1-Floor: Made from suitable metal sheets, fixed on two longitudinal U channels (sub-frame) and supported with U profile cross members on equal distances. Rear, 2-Front and side doors: Made from suitable metal sheet and supported with U profile boxes Additional accessories: Tipper is provided with a toolbox (without tools). Tipper is supplied with 1 spare wheel carrier working by spare wheel machines. Tipper is provided with a complete set of hydraulic equipment and tipping parts. The Tipper is equipped with a stabilizer for safety during tipping. Painting: Exterior surface treatment by shot blasting. Painting by high solid primer directly on the surface.
