Misr Consult for Environmental and Infrastructure Studies, is a well-known consultant office established by Dr. Sameh Abdel-Gawad since 1986. MC specializes in the fields of Environmental Engineering and Infrastructures studies. The founder and chairman of Misr Consult, Dr. Sameh Abdel-Gawad is also a Professor of Environmental Hydraulics at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University.

He has more than 40 years of technical and managerial comprehensive experience. He is a certified consultant engineer for all major Egyptian organizations for water and waste water projects in addition to EEAA involved in environmental auditing programs and environmental impact assessment projects.

He has provided consultancy services for a number of projects in both Canada and Egypt in the fields of Potable water, Irrigation and Drainage Water, Wastewater and Industrial Waste Pollution Control Studies.

Over a course of a distinguished 30-year track record, MC has successfully undertaken a substantial list of landmark mega projects and has had clear contributions and special projects in the revitalization of architectural and structural growth in Egypt in addition other Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar and Iran.

Supporting our aim to strengthen our involvement in the fast growing renaissance in the Gulf area, Misr Consult has opened an office in Saudi Arabia in 2014 under the name of SAG Consulting Engineers and another office in the United Arab Emirates in 2015 under the name of Marafek Consult.
