Pavo tower project

Pavo Tower is a 14-story administrative and commercial building with a total area of 4000 square meters. This is in addition to services such as the social hall, meeting rooms, conference rooms, central air conditioning, entertainment hall, fitness facilities, special needs spaces, and the rooftop for administrative units.

During the press conference, Mercon Developments Chairman Samer Al-Baik stated that the company's goal is to expand the real estate market by launching several commercial and administrative projects that will leave a distinct imprint for this type of development.

He explained that the company plans to invest £5 billion in the Egyptian market over the next few years by offering three (administrative-commercial) projects in the Fifth Settlement and the NAC company in collaboration with major consulting and engineering firms to ensure the splendor of design and quality of implementation, such as Pavo Tower.
