The Ali Bin Ali Group is a privately owned company, tracing back to 1945.

One of the Group’s investments concerned the Construction of a Logistics Park at the Bou Fsila Area, in Qatar.

The Park included several thousand square meters of Temperature Controlled & Ambient Temperature W/houses, Chilled & Frozen goods W/houses, Container Depots, Chemicals’ Storage W/houses and Administration buildings.

IB+LS provided its expertise in Logistics Parks planning, both in terms of Master Plan production and Building Design.
