Product Brief Introduction

After repeated optimization, the actual feeding size of the crushing chamber is increased. With the design of a large stroke and steep elbow angle, the stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber is larger, the throughput capacity of materials is stronger, and the crushing efficiency is greatly improved.

The rack adopts the separated design of the side walls and front and rear walls. The welded rack is replaced by bolted fixation, which avoids the problem of stress concentration caused by welding and makes the structure more compact and reliable.

Wedge adjustment replaces the pad-type discharge port adjustment, which can be adjusted mechanically or hydraulically according to needs so that the discharge port adjustment operation is simpler, time-saving, and safer.

Elastic limit blocks and rubber damping devices are used to replace the rigid foundation connection, effectively absorbing the peak load of vibration, thus reducing the mutual impact between the crusher and the foundation, reducing the fatigue damage to the foundation, and improving the service life of the crusher.

Key components such as a front wall, rear wall, movable jaw body, and bearing seat are made of alloy cast steel, and the main shaft is made of forging materials with higher comprehensive mechanical properties, which can withstand high impact load; SKF, FAG, KTR and other international brands of bearings and couplings are selected; The large side plate, front wall plate and rear wall plate are all processed by gantry CNC milling.

Integrated motor base, which is fixed on the crusher to save installation space; The pin hinge belt tensioning scheme makes the power transmission more stable and the adjustment more convenient.
