Rear and side Tipper on Semi Trailer 2/ 3/4 Axles

Capacity: They are determined according to the customer's request in proportion to the density of the material transported

Chassis: Made from I-shaped beams reinforced from inside and outside by a suitable amount of cross members to ensure the load distributions.

King Pin: With King Pin 2” or 3.5” depending on the Truck's fifth wheel size.

Brakes: Two lines air brake system works with Servo or EBS or ABS with the truck brakes.

Tipper (consists of 2 Boxes): 1-Rear Box: - Floor: made from steel plates, fixed on two longitudinal U channels, and supported with U profile cross members. - Side Walls: Produced from metal sheet and supported with U profile boxes.

2-Box Side - Floor: made from steel plates, fixed on two longitudinal U channels, and supported with U profile cross members. - Side Walls: Produced from metal sheet and supported with U profile boxes.

Electric Circuits: Full 24 volts circuit with stop lights, signal lights, and reflectors necessary for traffic Laws.

Additional accessories: The semi-Trailer is provided with a toolbox (without tools). A semi-Trailer is supplied with 2 spare wheel carriers. Semi-Trailer Tipper is provided with a complete set of hydraulic equipment including Ram, pump, and tipping parts. Semi-Trailer Tipper is equipped with a stabilizer for safety during tipping.

Paintings: Exterior surface treatment by shot blasting, painting by high solid primer directly on the surface, painting inside a special paint booth with the cargo cabin color or the color chosen by the customer
