Jubail II

The Jubail and Yanbu Royal Commission has set aside $3.8 billion to fund the Jubail 2 project's infrastructure, which includes roads, utilities (gas and electricity), seawater cooling, drinking water, sewage treatment, raw materials, and a product pipeline to the King Fahd Industrial Area, as well as the expansion of the main port. Jubail 2 is being built in four phases, the first of which accommodates nine industries and includes 1,900 hectares of development out of a total of 6,200 hectares.

The area will be transformed into a massive industrial area, even greater than it is currently, with more than 20,000 workers during peak season and more than $4 billion invested in infrastructure. The project comprises kilometres of roads, utilities, water, sewage, and the necessary infrastructure, but that's not all. Everything has been designed to build the industrial city, which stretches from the current industrial area to the Kuwait - Ras Tanura corridor; the construction process is so large and extensive that the project has been divided into four phases; by 2026, more than 50,000 residential units will have been added. As a result of the expansion.
