APCC is basically an Engineering Contracting Company interested in the following fields: Enabling Works:(Diaphragm Wall/Secant Wall/Contiguous Wall/Beam Shoring), Soil Improvement (Vibro Compaction/Stone Columns), Marine Works(Jetty/Wharf/Cofferdams/Quay Wall/Floating Pontoons/Tubular Piles), Sheet Piling Works. Oil and Gas Pipelines and installations on EPC basis (Design and Build, Engineering, Procurement, Construction).Power Plants,Mechanical Plants Construction (Design and Build) in JV with reputable Suppliers and Construction Partners.Civil Engineering and Building Construction on EPC basis.All this has become possible due to the vast experience of APCC CEO and highlyimaginative vision of its Management Team. APCC is, therefore able to offer economicalsolutions for some of the most complex and difficult projects in water and environmentalprojects, design and build oil and gas pipelines, EPC for water injection project.Focus on Value Engineering in association with Consultants in order to optimize theneeds of our Client both in an economical sense and the quality of works.APCC has the financial backing to bid and execute major Projects as we have verygood standing with major Financial Institutions. History

APCC was established by the founding partners Mr. Sami Khalil Khoury and Mousa Al Moussa in September 1978. Mr. Elie M El Moussa S/o Mousa Al Moussa took over and continue the legacy of the founders and managing the Company since 16 years to keep abreast of the latest developments in this field.Since its inception in Abu Dhabi, APCC has achieved excellent results and met the client’s expectations in the business activities of the Company. The company has grown up over the years and established various branches in other Emirates (Dubai and Sharjah) within the UAE and Overseas (Oman, Qatar, KSA and Lebanon).All this has become possible due to the vast experience of founders and highly imaginative vision of Mr Elie M. El Mousssa, Managing Director. APCC is therefore able to offer economical solutions to clients for various projects.
