Founded in 1983 by Dr. Izz Eddin Katkhuda and Dr. Omar Abdulhadi, ACES is headquartered in Amman-Jordan with offices across the Middle East region. ACES also undertakes projects in other countries including Azerbaijan, Tanzania, Turkey, Syria, Kuwait, Iraq, Angola, Djibouti, and Morocco, among others.
