Colacem spa is a leading enterprise in the production of cement. The company, founded by the Colaiacovo family in 1966, has grown over the years, thanks to a modern and precursory corporate culture that has brought it to be the third Italian producer of cement.

State-of-the-art organizational and technological know –how, designing activity, construction and management of production sites, have made the company vision that is based on the concept of sustainability, possible.

The skill-set and expertise of Colacem are focused on the attainment of industrial goals, where the individual always plays the leading role. The company is now present all across Italy with 8 complete-cycle production sites, 2 factories for the production of pre-mixed products, 3 terminals, 2 storage facilities and various local offices.

The company Headquarters are based in Gubbio (PG). The production sites based in Tunisia, Sabana Grande de Palenque (Dominican Republic), Balldre (Albania), along with the terminals in Alicante and Cartagena (Spain), Kingston (Jamaica) and the storage facility in Port au Prince (Haiti), stand for the international dimension of the Group.

Colacem can boast a total turnover of 192 million Euros in 2017 and a workforce of about 900 employees in Italy.
