Our history

The real estate and shareholding company SIMPAR, founded in 1973, is one of the main real estate players in Tunisia. Parent company of the Banque Nationale Agricole (BNA) real estate group and a long-standing player in the social and solidarity economy, our company relies on more than 47 years of know-how.

As one of the very first real estate developers in Tunisia, since the 1970s we have been participating in the building, construction and modernization of the Tunisian real estate stock, both in housing and land and in equipment (commercial spaces and offices).
