1994 : EGYPRO, the Group's telecom operation in Egypt was established
2002 : EYPRO expanded regionally by opening a location in Tunisia
2003 : EGYPRO established a Free Zone in Dubai and Algeria,Launched Wadi Degla ,Club in Maadi, the first private sporting club in Egypt.  
2004 : EGYPRO expanded in Nigeria ,Commenced tourism/real estate developments by ,Launching Marina Wadi Degla El Sokhna Resort
2005 : EGYPRO expanded in Ghana, Guinea, Kenya and Zambia
2006 : EGYPRO expanded in Cote D'Ivoire, Cyprus and Australia ,Launched River Walk, Wadi Degla’s first Residential compound in New Cairo
2007 : Launched Wadi Degla Club in New Cairo , EGYPRO expanded in ESU countries in addition to 5 African countries ,Launched Canal Residence compound in Sarayat Al Maadi
2008 : Launched Tijan Apartments in Al Maadi Ring Road ,Launched Blumar Sidi Abdel Rahman resort in North Coast ,Acquired the Belgian football team, K. Lierse S.K
2009 : Launched Pyramids Walk residential compound in 6th of October City
2010 : Launched Wadi Degla Club in 6th of October City
2011 : Launched Blumar El Dome resort in Ain El Sokhna
2012 : Launched The District, the company’s first outdoor mall in Egypt ,Launched Wadi Degla Club in Heliopolis
2013 : Launched Blumar El Sokhna resort in Ain El Sokhna ,Launched the second club location in 6th of October City
2014 : Launched new residential compound in Maadi (Tijan Maadi) ,Launched Blumar Hills in El Ain El Sokhna
2015 : Launched Murano in El Ain El Sokhna  , Acquired a land in Mostakbal City  - New Cairo to be launched soon
2016 : Launched Wadi Degla Club in Runda
2018 : Launched Wadi Degla Club in Moharam Bek, Alexandria.
2019 : Launched the first phase of Wadi Degla Club in Lotus – 5th settlement, Cairo.

Wadi Degla has been able to acquire an established name within the sports industry after the successful establishment and operation of its private club in Maadi. the success were then reinforced in three other upscale locations around Cairo & Alexandria, New Cairo & 6th of October city in Cairo and Moharam Bek in Alexandria.

Telecom Operations:

Working with reputable telecom operators and contractors in 14 African countries, Egypro provides complete turnkey solutions covering everything from the supply to the installation of infrastructure materials.

Real Estate Operations:

Ever since its establishment, Wadi Degla Real Estate Development has been catering to the market's needs for creative housing and property management services. Nestled strategically in some of Egypt's most prime loctions, Wadi Degla's integrated real estate operations comprise of five high-end residential compounds and five weekend housing getaways. You can find these projects in Ain El Sokhna, New Cairo, Maadi, 6th of October City, Hurghada, and North Coast. Furthermore, Wadi Degla Real Estate also has many projects in the pipeline, which include locations in New Cairo, Heliopolis, Maadi, North Coast, and Ain El Sokhna.
