Introduction
E6300F 30-ton Excavator is a core product jointly developed by SDLG and Volvo experts after fully investigating the Chinese market. The product has high-strengthened chassis, a heavy-working device, optimized matching power hydraulic system, suitable for a variety of harsh conditions.
- The original imported low-speed and high torque D6 engine with supercharging and intercooling, can meet T3 emission. Strong power, and economic and environmental protection, are more suitable for mine operations. It adopts three-stage air filtration, three-stage oil filtration, and three-stage fuel filtration, with high reliability.
- Double pump constant power positive flow hydraulic system, automatic sensing control, with regeneration, priority, and other functions.
- The reinforced lower frame with lengthened crawler and widened chassis has good trafficability and higher operation stability of the whole machine.
- Equipped with EECU, VECU, IECU, keypad, and GPS electronic control system with special technology. It has functions of self-inspection, monitoring, emergency alarm, GPS positioning, and remote monitoring, with good man-machine interaction and convenient operation and maintenance.
- The cab is spacious and has a good sound insulation effect. It is equipped with three sunshade nets. A silicone oil rubber shock absorber is used to reduce vibration and impact.
- It can be equipped with various working devices and accessories such as a crushing hammer.
- Energy-saving and efficiency:
The product is equipped with a 13L electronic fuel injection engine of large discharge capacity produced by Volvo for Lingong, which has great power, low speed of revolution, better dynamic properties and low fuel consumption;
Automatically back to idle speed: 5s (default) after inaction of the guide handle, the engine will automatically reduce to idle speed. The service lifetime of the engine is prolonged thanks to energy conservation and noise reduction.
The hydraulic system adopts an independent motor-driven fan for heat dissipation. The revolving speed of the fan could be automatically adjusted, with a better dissipation effect and longer duration;
- Reliability and durability:
Oil-bath air filters could make the filtering more complete and the air supply safer. Under the bad condition in mine, the early-wear failure rate of the engine is the lowest;
Three-level oil filter, with a large area and higher accuracy of filtering, makes the engine safer and more reliable during operation;
- Comfort and environmental protection:
The product is equipped with a standard skylight, optional rear camera, and color LED monitor, without a dead corner of the view and with controllable operation status of the machine.
The negative flow hydraulic system commissioned elaborately by VOLVO is matched perfectly with the engine, which ensures that the harmony of compound control action is better and the hand feel is facile;
- Convenient maintenance:
The driving cab is equipped with a computer remote diagnosis interface and external power source interface. After the computer is provided with a diagnosis program (TECH TOOL), the fault could be inspected by itself and maintenance is convenient and efficient.
The fan pulley could be expanded and tightened automatically, decreasing the time of the shutdown and making the maintenance simpler.
